Is the city of Kingston ready for a slightly different form of government?
We have been doing some research and would like to share and open a discussion on the ‘Weak’ Mayor/City Council/City Manager option. With everything seemingly on the table these days, we figure – why not? Having a highly qualified city manager on board might be a very welcome change.
