at its intersection with the center line of Lounsbury Place; thence running northeasterly
along the center line of Lounsbury Place to a point at its intersection with the center line of
Johnston Avenue; thence running southeasterly along the center line of Johnston Avenue to
a point at its intersection with the center line of Pearl Street; thence running northeasterly
along the center line of Pearl Street to a point at its intersection with the center line of
