KINGSTON LANDLORD SUPPORT
Kingston Landlord Support website provides a free service to landlords by posting the names and addresses of tenants who have been issued warrants of eviction by the court system in Ulster County.  When possible, additional information regarding circumstances of eviction provided by Ulster County courts, Kingston Fire Department, Kingston Building & Safety Division and/or Ulster County Sheriff’s Office will be included. All information posted on this website is a matter of public record.  Compilation of this data is made possible through the cooperation of the municipal agencies listed above.

As per the Public Nuisance Abatement Law and necessary complaint forms, when you go to this site, click on "forms". There are two types to chose from. The first is for "Vice" (gambling, prostitution, etc.), the second for "Drug Trafficking". They may be mailed to Don Ryan, Chief Civil Officier at Ulster County Sheriff's Office:
