It was a very informative, if not particularly helpful, evening. I think the Water Department, while not actually on our side (as it were) is not against us either. I suspect our real enemy is the Town of Ulster. Perhaps our main thrust should be to get them replaced as the lead agency on the SEQR.
It appears that may be underway.
