Jobs and the Promise of Urban Agriculture

We can have both job sources, right? Is there some conflict between the two?
Deriving jobs from a renewable natural resource like water seems like a great idea, especially if the waste product is clean water.
And ten years in the future, we’ll have a tax income source.
The big picture here is not about job sourcing, it’s about draining our current water system for what?? What price does one pay to deplete a water system?? Please look into the research that has been done locally. Also see the damaging path Niagara Bottling company has already created. I am certain this area has far better ways to bring in employment then destroying our natural resource!
