  1. An opportunity to actually interact with Transart? Or with somebody who is maybe only one or two steps removed from Transart: Let me say they are disrespectful neighbors, presenting an ugly, unattended and uninformative mess in Midtown… while they play an African American card, they are a blight on what is Kingston’s African American community… No good neighbor ever leaves his place present such an ugly face to the community. No good neighbor is so utterly absent from actually participating in the neighborhood day to day interaction, education, information, inclusion.
They’ve done this for years and years and years.
The level of incompetence demonstrated by their lack of communication is breathtaking… and they can change that immediately, they can change that now! Not by “answering” this complaint, but by doing what they haven’t been doing for years and years and years… communicate, and make the place look nice, cared for, attended to.
